Headteacher Ruth Boon, Deputy Head Louise Crampton, and their brilliant team have worked tirelessly for years — leading with purpose, care, and absolute commitment to their children and community. Pushing themselves to do better time and time again, and to learn from the best schools.
Their report is full of phrases every leader dreams of: pupils who “delight in being part of the community,” who achieve “exceptionally highly,” and behave “with unfailing respect and kindness.”
And I’ve seen this myself — the school is stunning in every way.
This didn’t happen by chance. It’s the result of years of consistent, values-led leadership — the kind that keeps raising standards while protecting the joy in learning.
My team and I have had the privilege of walking alongside Ruth and Louise for many years — through Journey to Outstanding, Mastermind Group, and beyond — and we couldn’t be happier for them for what they and their staff have achieved.
