Vision is a necessary courtesy of leadership

Every school has a vision, yet I believe very few are effective.

Why is that?

Because most of us have not been shown how to create a vision.

A vision should tell your team where you are going.

It should be compelling and  galvanise your team into action.

I’ve helped lots of schools create their vision and I thought it would help more heads and more schools if you could see examples of what a great vision looks like.
