Training and events


We plan to hold our events in future and we look forward to coming together. All tickets to events have been transferred to the next event. We’ve emailed everyone who has an event ticket but if you haven’t received any information please email sonia@ukheadsup.com

Successful Difficult Conversations

If you were booked onto the ‘Successful Difficult Conversations Training Day on 24th April 2020 your place has been transferred to Friday 13th November, full details are available here: https://ukheadsup.com/events/successful-difficult-conversations-training-day/

Can I cancel my event ticket?

Yes, if you wish to and cancellation charges do not apply to events affected by this crisis.

If you would prefer to cancel your place and re-book you can, though our events have always sold out and for that reason you might want to hold onto your place.

For future events, not affected by Covid-19 you will have time before an event to cancel if needs be:

8.4 If you want to cancel your ticket for an Event you will receive a full refund if we receive your cancellation request in writing at least 4 weeks before the date of the Event.

8.5 If we receive your written notice of cancellation between four weeks and two weeks before the date of the Event, we will only refund you 50% of the amount you paid to attend the Event.

8.6 If we receive your written notice of cancellation less than two weeks before the date of the Event, we will not provide any refund of the price paid.

Do I need to pay my invoice?

Yes, unless you let us know you are cancelling.


If you have booked in-school training you have two options:

  1. Reschedule
  2. Have the training delivered online.


We are happy to move your date, and we understand that as this situation evolves that date might need to change. That’s ok and during this time cancellation charges do not apply to training dates affected by this crisis.
