Successful difficult conversations

Ask Sonia – your difficult conversations agony aunt!

Good morning!

I hope you had a relaxing and enjoyable half term! I had some great responses to my last e-blog about your worst experiences of difficult conversations and the lessons you learnt for the future so thank you for those!

As I’ve had so many excellent questions and comments over the course of this term we have decided to create a new resource to help you have more successful difficult conversations.

Starting next week, Sonia Gill, founder of Heads Up and resident expert on difficult conversations, will be answering your questions, comments and concerns about how to have successful difficult conversations in a new video series called ‘Ask Sonia’ on our video channel Heads Up TV.

Each week Sonia will help you with how to have better successful difficult conversations, looking at specific aspects you have raised to teach you some techniques and methods in just two minutes each week.

This is a completely free resource available to all! We will be answering your queries once a week so please keep your questions and comments coming!

So if you have a question for Sonia about how to have a successful difficult conversation, please let me know!

  • Maybe you want to know how to handle people’s emotions better?
  • Or is you want your message to be heard as you’ve had the conversation a thousand times?
  • Do you want to know how to structure a conversation more productively?

Just ask Sonia!

Either hit reply and e-mail me, tweet me or fill out the form on our website at ukheadsup.com/asksonia

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Best wishes,
Phil
